Chan Conrad moved to Newmarket, NH with his wife and three sons in 2002.
He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy, Colorado, in 1991. Chan and his family have lived in Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, Alaska, and Michigan, buying, selling and renting homes in each location. Chan brings personal experience with moving across the country five times in the last 15 years to Prime Advantage Real Estate. He understands wanting to find a home quickly that meets the needs of all members of the family. Chan is a licensed New Hampshire Realtor and member of the Strafford County Board of Realtors.
