Prime Advantage is located in the heart of New Hampshire's seacoast region on Main Street in Newmarket, convenient to all communities in New Hamphire’s Blue Ribbon school districts. Our prominent location makes our office an easy “drop-in” spot for Buyers and Sellers alike.

Durham ~ A community with tremendous wealth of natural resources and a dynamic ecological diversity, Durham is also a beautiful community with spectacular open spaces and intimate quiet settings. It is a community of active and thriving neighborhoods. Those who live in Durham get the best of both worlds ~ breathtaking scenery and the slower pace of New England country and small-town life, and with the University of New Hampshire located in the heart of Durham, the ability to access the best in arts, culture and sporting events whenever one so desires.

Exeter ~ Well respected and renowned as the home of Phillips Exeter Academy, Exeter is a historically significant community just a few miles inland from the New Hampshire coast. Its charming brick town center offers many historic homes and leads the way to many lovely residential neighborhoods.

Newmarket ~ Located on the Lamphrey River and Great Bay, Newmarket is part of the undiscovered Seacoast Region of New Hampshire. It offers the relaxation of a small town, yet it is just minutes away from the activities of the University of New Hampshire, Phillips Exeter Academy and the seacoast. With white church steeples, old mill buildings, a dammed river, park land with nature walks, and good road access to beaches, skiing and golfing, Newmarket is an ideal place to work and live.

Stratham ~ Originally a farming community, Stratham still retains its rural feel, but now offers some of the area's finest new construction homes, tucked down small country roads. Stratham boasts a beautiful new elementary school, and their students attend Exeter Middle and High Schools. Children attend one of 2 elementary schools, Exeter Middle School, and Exeter High School.

Greenland ~ Bordering the Great Bay, this peaceful community lies just outside the Portsmouth city limits. Housing includes colonial farmhouses and summer cottages, as well as new construction home sites. Children attend the Greenland elementary school overlooking the town green, and then progress on to Portsmouth High School.

Newfields ~ Sitting on the west bank of the Squamscott River, Newfields is a small (less than seven square miles) village located between Exeter and Newmarket. Although it has grown considerably over the past 10 years, it has retained its small town charm with just under 1,800 residents. . The school system is made up of the Newfields Elementary School, students then go on to the Cooperative Middle School and the Exeter Regional High School.

Lee ~ Established in 1766 after separating from Durham, its rural charm and undeveloped landscape, have remained as a treasured piece of New England. Children attend the Oyster River School System with Mast Way Elementary School located in the center of Lee.

Madbury ~ Situated just north of Durham, Madbury is comprised of about 7600 acres. Although it has always been in the center of an industrial area, Madbury itself has remained rural in character. Children attend the Oyster River School System with Moharimet Elementary School located in the center of Madbury.
