Bordering the Great Bay, this peaceful community lies just outside the Portsmouth city
limits. Housing includes colonial farmhouses and summer cottages, as well as new construction
home sites. Children attend the Greenland elementary school overlooking the town green, and
then progress on to Portsmouth High School.
