The Town of Stratham, located in Rockingham County in the heart of the seacoast, encompasses
over 15 square miles and is situated within easy access to major commuting routes. Stratham
consists of both rural farms and busy shopping centers, peaceful
residential homes and condominiums, and beautiful country views.
The community boasts numerous quality subdivisions and townhouse complexes in varying
price ranges. The tax base is assisted by the Stratham Industrial Park as well as several
convenient shopping plazas.
Stratham is the home of the Cooperative Middle School, New Hampshire Technical College,
and offers an outstanding elementary school and numerous preschools. Many residents are active
in the Youth Recreation Program. The town of Stratham has experienced strong and steady growth,
